Key Responsibilities:
- Translates business needs into well-defined requirements using product features including user stories and acceptance test criteria.
- Leading requirement gathering workshops with project teams and relevant stakeholders
- Taking responsibility and ownership for change initiatives
- Driving projects forward with focus on strategic goals
- Collaborate with project engineering teams to describe and deliver requirements
Key Skills/Experience Required:
- Must have 3+ years of demonstrated experience working with Newgen Software product
suite (OmniOMSTM, iBPSTM) - Should have 4-6 years of total experience as a Product Consultant or Business Analyst
- Experience of reviewing and implementing digital transformation projects
- Experience working in a complex project environment and continuously reviews the
business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies
opportunities and risks. - Excellent communication and presentation skills – can easily understand and explain complex
things - Have strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Skilled in analysing complexities and documenting business user requirements to create
detailed functional requirements - Skilled at performing business requirement analysis, gap and capability assessment, and
requirements traceability analysis - Highly self-motivated and able to manage your own time effectively
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues to understand business & user goals and produce
informed solution approaches - Ability to mediate between high-level vision and detailed technical analysis
- Experience leading workshops to gather accurate and complete business requirements from
key stakeholders in the business - Any previous experience working with clients from leading markets (UK, EU, North America)
would be helpful - Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to communicate in English
