Key Responsibilities:

• Translates business needs into well-defined requirements using product features including user stories and acceptance test criteria.
• Leading requirement gathering workshops with project teams and relevant stakeholders
• Taking responsibility and ownership for change initiatives
• Driving projects forward with focus on strategic goals
• Collaborate with project engineering teams to describe and deliver requirements

Key Skills/Experience Required:

• Must have 3+ years of demonstrated experience working with Newgen Software product
  suite (OmniOMSTM, iBPSTM)
• Should have 4-6 years of total experience as a Product Consultant or Business Analyst
• Experience of reviewing and implementing digital transformation projects
• Experience working in a complex project environment and continuously reviews the
  business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies
  opportunities and risks.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills – can easily understand and explain complex
  things
• Have strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Skilled in analysing complexities and documenting business user requirements to create
  detailed functional requirements
• Skilled at performing business requirement analysis, gap and capability assessment, and
  requirements traceability analysis
• Highly self-motivated and able to manage your own time effectively
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues to understand business & user goals and produce
  informed solution approaches
• Ability to mediate between high-level vision and detailed technical analysis
• Experience leading workshops to gather accurate and complete business requirements from
  key stakeholders in the business
• Any previous experience working with clients from leading markets (UK, EU, North America)
  would be helpful
• Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to communicate in English
