Detailed job description – Skill Set: | MuleSoft Support Lead | ||
1. Single point of contact for the CLIENT. | |||
2. Responsible for L2 and L3 production support including Corrective, Preventive, Adaptive and Perfective maintenance. | |||
3. Coordinator between client (includes various internal stakeholders) and offshore support team. | |||
3. Act as single point of contact for the support SLAs and KPIs | |||
4. Transition MuleSoft support from incumbent vendor to Infosys | |||
5. Help CLIENT with monitoring of APIs and Mule apps (both technology and process side, proactive monitoring with machine learning). | |||
Help CLIENT with implementation of static code analysis for automation of code reviews. | |||
Help CLIENT with implementation of automated integration tests. | |||
Recommend on how to manage the capacity (licensing considerations) of MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. | |||
Mandatory Skills | MuleSoft AnyPoint Platform with MCA Developer Certification in Mule 4 or Platform architect certification | ||
– With at least 2 full life cycle MuleSoft Project experience (Analysis, Design, Dev, Testing, Deployment). | |||
– Good understanding of MuleSoft Deployment/Physical architecture (On Prem, on Cloud and Hybrid). | |||
– Ability to define MuleSoft design and development best practices and testing guides etc. | |||
– Experience in hands-on maintenance and development of MuleSoft Integrations | |||
– Experience in developing APIs. | |||
– Experience in API Management on MuleSoft platform. | |||
– Experience in Software Engineering Lifecycle Management using Agile methodology. | |||
– Ability to lead a team of onsite and offshore developers. | |||
– Understanding of MuleSoft DevOps support and capabilities. | |||
– Working knowledge of establishing DevOps tools and processes on MuleSoft platform. | |||
